The Hotel Lloyds Club is located right on the beach of La Mata in the Municipality of Torrevieja, 45 Kms. tothe city of Alicante and 40 Kms. to the Airport. It occupies an area of 1.800 m2 with a built surface of 4.017m2, within the denominated urbanization “Las Maravillas”.
The Building has 25 apartments and 3 double rooms completely refurbished in 2007, also two meeting rooms that can be converted into one, with capacity of up to 150 people, gym, restaurant, bar with private dining rooms and a very spacious area that at the present time is used as rented offices. The building is composed of three blocks, one on the back and two at the front divided by the pool. Both blocks have three heights, the lower level, + 1 and -1. The back block in its lower part has 3 studies (101, 102 and 103) that are used as conventional hotel rooms. They are double, very spacious with a large bathroom and plenty of natural light.
The apartments 104 to 109 (The 105 appears as an office on the plan, but in fact it is an apartment), they have two heights. On the higher level, they have a Living room, an American style kitchen and a small patio at the back. On their lower level (-1) there is a wide space with four beds and a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds beside s a bathroom with entrance from both spaces as well as a
washbasin for each space and with the bathtub in the middle.
At the end of this corridor is the apartment 110 that, besides everything that the others have, has one more room with a double bed, with a capacity of up to 8 people.
On level +1 of this back block, are located the apartments 201 to 210. These apartments are also distributed on two levels. On level +1 are the bathroom, an American style kitchen, a living room and a bedroom separated with one or two beds depending on the apartment. Also, going up a spiral stairway, there is an attic that has an individual bed and access to a private solarium. The two front blocks that look towards sea are composed of three levels, (ground,-1 and +1).
